All timepiece come with a full 12 month replacement warranty, the warranty only covers the movement of the timepiece based on the improbable occurrence the “mechanism” ceases to work due to a defect. Buyawatch.com.au will only repair the following defect or replace that timepiece with an exact model absolutely free. With any defects customers are required to send an email to info@buyawatch.com.au including a copy of their recept (initially received upon purchase by email) indicating the defect and are required to express when or how the defect occurred. Once received the customers will be contact by phone or email, to which a returned address will be provided. With all returns of defected items, customer’s borne the responsibility to pay for the shipment of the returned, including its insurance and is not the responsibility of buyawatch.com.au
Please note the 12 months warranty does not cover any general wear & tear, calibration, scratches, accidental damage or external servicing repairs. By accepting this terms and conditions buyawatch.com.au is not responsible for any of the above indemnities endured by the customer.
SHIPMENT
All order are only shipped during business hours which are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm excluding public holidays. Most items are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hrs from the point the order is made and the payment is received. All orders are shipped from buyawatch.com.au to the consumer free of charge which is only applicable to the initial first purchase (Note: all returns or exchanges it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return including its insurance and is not the responsibility of buyawatch.com.au). Once shipment is made through Australia Post and the post tracking number is provided to the consumer and it is their responsibility to track that order and adhere to transit guidelines as illustrated on the Shipping Page to determine when the order will arrive.
